What's in a list
Each list is an email with the week's count and first 40 rows, plus the full list as a CSV and, on the trial and the Metro plan and up, a mailing-label file. Here is every column.

contact_name / contact_role | The best person to address: a manager or officer (FL), the registered agent when it is a person (CO), the process recipient (NY) |

principal_address1 ... principal_zip | The company's principal office (FL, CO) |
officer_1 ... officer_3, other_officers | Florida: up to six officers or managers with titles |

The mailing-label file
One row per unique mailing address: name, company, address lines, city, state, ZIP, county. Shared agent and virtual-office addresses are removed, and duplicate addresses are merged, so it drops straight into a print shop's or a direct-mail service's upload form. It is included on the trial, Metro, State and All-states plans.
