Terms of service

Effective September 30, 2026.

New Business Lists ("we") is operated by Winnr Software LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, 7252 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020. By starting a trial or subscribing you agree to these terms.

The service

We deliver lists compiled from public business-filing records published by state agencies. We do not create or verify those records. Data is provided as published, may contain the states' own errors and omissions, and may be delayed when a state's publication is delayed.

Your use of the data

You may use the lists for your own business outreach and internal analysis. You may not resell or republish the record-level lists as a list product. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the TCPA and state law. Our guide is a starting point, not legal advice.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear as NEWBUSINESSLISTS. Cancel any time from the billing link on your settings page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but write to us if something went wrong.

Trial

The free trial lasts 14 days and delivers weekly lists for one county. It ends on its own; no card is taken.

Availability and liability

We aim to deliver every list on time but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email subscribers about material changes before they take effect.
