New Business Lists

Florida · New York · Colorado

Every new LLC and corporation in your county, every Monday.

A spreadsheet of the businesses that registered with the state last week: names, filing dates, mailing addresses and, in Florida, the owners and managers. Registered-agent and virtual-office addresses are flagged and filtered out, so your mail reaches the people who just started a company.

How it works

Pick your counties

Any county in Florida, New York or Colorado. Filter by entity type, by keywords in the name, and by whether the owner filed at their own address.

Get the list on Monday

An email with the week's new businesses and a CSV of every field the state publishes, plus a mailing-label file on the Metro plan and up. Daily delivery, a webhook and an API are on the larger plans.

Reach them first

A new company chooses its insurance, bookkeeper, bank, payroll and signage in its first weeks. The list reaches you days after the filing, not months later in a resold database.

Why a raw state list wastes your postage

Registered-agent services let a new company use their office as its official address. That is good for the owner's privacy and bad for anyone mailing them. In the last 30 days:

3,364new Florida filings at one address: 7901 4TH ST N, STE 300, St. Petersburg
75%of Albany County, NY's new filings over 52 weeks sit at shared agent addresses
13%of all 1,184,360 filings in the three states over 52 weeks use a shared address

Every list we send marks those rows and leaves them out by default. See the addresses behind the most new companies.

Questions

How do I get a list of new businesses in my county?

Pick your county in the form on this page. We email the last seven days of new LLC and corporation filings right away as a spreadsheet, then a fresh list every Monday. The two-week trial is free and needs no card. If you would rather work from the raw state files, this guide shows exactly where they are.

Is a list of new LLCs public record?

Yes. Florida, New York and Colorado all publish new business filings as open data, including the entity name, filing date and the addresses on the filing. Florida also publishes up to six officers or managers per company. We republish those public fields; we do not buy or append private data.

Do the lists include phone numbers or email addresses?

No. None of the three states publishes phone numbers or email addresses in its filing data, so any list that promises them has matched the records against a third-party database. Our lists are mailing-ready: names where the state provides them, mailing addresses, and a flag on every address that belongs to a registered agent or virtual office.

How soon after filing does a new business show up?

New York and Colorado publish filings the next day. Florida publishes a daily file on business days, and a filing usually appears in it about a week after its filing date. Each weekly list covers everything the states published in the previous seven days.

What is a shared address, and why do you flag it?

Many new companies list their registered agent's office or a virtual office as their address. In the last 30 days one address in St. Petersburg, Florida appeared on 3,364 new filings. Mail sent there reaches a service, not the owner, so we flag any address that appears on 10 or more new filings in 30 days and leave those rows out by default.
